Let us assume that the length of rectangle is x

as we know that

area of rectangle=length×breadth

475=19×x

x=475/19

x=25

length of rectangle is 25cm

perimeter of rectangle=2×(lenght+breadth)

=2×(25+19)

=2×44

=88

perimeter of rectangle is 88cm

Answer:

Length=25 m  ,  Perimeter=88 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Area=475 m^2 , Breadth = 19 m

To find: Length , Breadth

soln

so,X=length,( for now only)

A of Rectangle = 475 sq. m

475 =19 × X

X = 475/19

X = 25

So,length=25 m

P = 2 x (l x b)

  =2 x (25 x 19)

 =88 m

Perimeter = 88 m
