Formulas to be applied( given below ) : -

\mathsf{Area\:of\:rectangle= length}\texttt{x}\mathsf{breadth}

\mathsf{Perimeter\:of\:rectangle=2(length+breadth)}

Given,

Breadth of the rectangle = 19 m

Area of the rectangle = 475 m^2

On the basis of the formula given above :-

⇒ Area of the rectangle = 19 m x length

⇒ 475 m^2 = 19 m x length

⇒ 475 / 19 x m^2 / m = length

⇒ 25 x m = length

⇒ 25 m = length

Therefore, length of the rectangle is 25m.

On the basis of the formula given above :-

Perimeter of the rectangle = 2( length + breadth )

⇒ Perimeter of the rectangle = 2( 19 m + 25 m )

⇒ Perimeter of the rectangle = 2( 44 m )

⇒ Perimeter of the rectangle = 88 m

Therefore the perimeter of the rectangle is 88 m.
