Find the length of a chord is at 8cm distance from centre of a circle of radius 17cm

chord from centre =8cm

r=17

length of chord=15+15=30 cm

by pythagoras

$= \sqrt{25 \times 9}$

Chord = 2 × 15 = 30 cm
