No it is right because area of parallelogram is l×b
No sister, area of the parallelogram= breadth x height
height can also be called length
Did you mean their is no difference between length and height???

Solution:-
As we know that the courtyard is rectangular, thus to find it's Area , rectangular area is used thus ,
=> Length × Breath = Area
=> 19 m × Breath = 513 m²
=> Breath = 513 / 19 m
=> Breath = 27 m
Therefore:-
The Breath of the courtyard is 12 m.
