Find the length of a rectangle given that its perimeter is 880m and breadth is 88m​

perimeter of rectangle =2*(l+b)

let length =l m,

given breadth =88m,

perimeter =880m,

therefore,2(l+b)=880;

2(l+88)=880;

l+88=440;

l=352m

Breadth=88m

Perimeter=880m

Let the length=x

According to the question :-

Perimeter =2×(l+b)

880=2×(x+88)

880÷2=x+88

440=x+88

440-88=x

352=x

Ans :- Length=352
