We Know That

Angle(in Radian) = Arc/ Radius

108° = 108π/180

= 3π/5

3π/5 = Arc/15

9πcm = Arc

28.28cm = Arc

Radius of the circle = 15 cm.

Circumference of the circle = [2*15*22/7] cm

Length of arc of the same circle subtending an angle of 108 deg = [2*15*22/7]*[108/360] = 28.28571429 cm.
