The formula for the length of an arc of a circle is:

l = θ / 360° (2πr)

Where:

θ is the angle subtended at the centre.

2πr is the circumference of the circle.

the circumference:

2πr = (2) . (3.14) . (10)

= 20 × (314/100)

= 314 ÷ 5

= 62.8 cm

So, length of arc

l = θ / 360° . (2πr)

l = 30 / 360° . (62.8)

l = 62.8 / 12

l ≈ 5.23 cm
