Find the length of seconds pendulum at a place where g = 10 ms-2

BelleJiya: You are gonna post the whole exercise here, aren't you?
BelleJiya: T = 2π√l/g

Length of the pendulum is 10.13 m

Given:

g = 10 \ ms^{-2}

Solution:

The length of seconds pendulum at a place is to be calculated,

We will apply the formula of Time period,

T=\frac{2 \pi \sqrt{l}}{g}

Second pendulum oscillates with a time period of 2 seconds.

Thereby putting the values, we have,

\Rightarrow 2=\frac{2 \pi \sqrt{l}}{10}

Squaring both sides we have,

4=T=\frac{4 \pi l}{100}

l=\frac{4 \times 100}{4 \times 3.14 \times 3.14}

l=\frac{400}{39.43}

l = 10.13 \ m
