Given,

Side of Square = 10cm

Let, the square be ABCD & Diagonal be x

Then, AB = BC = CD = DA → 10cm

In ∆ABC, Angle B is 90°[Right Angle]

By Pythagoras Theorem

→ (Hypothenuse)² = (Side)²+(Side)²

→ x² = (10)²+(10)²

→ x² = 100+100

→ x = √(200)

→ x = 10√2

  • Length of Diagonal ☞ 102cm
