Let us take the length as X

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( l+b)

90 = 2(x+20)

90 = 2x+40

90-40 = 2x

50 = 2x

x = 50/2

x = 25

Therefore the value of x is 25.

That is length of the rectangle is 25 meters.
