so let's take base = 4x

height = 5x

x2 = 36 m2

x = √36m2

x = 6m

so, base = 4x = 4 × 6m = 24 m

height = 5x = 5 × 6m = 30m

check :

if base = 24m and height = 30m

then area of a triangle = 1/2bh

= 1/2 × 24m × 30m

= 12m × 30m = 360m2
