As it is exterior angle of triangle ACD

Angle C = Angle A + Angle D (in triangleACD)

Angle C = 2x+2x

= 4x

So,angle B=4x (from @ above)

In triangle ABD

A + B + D = 180 (Angle sum property)

3x+4x+2x=180 deg

9x=180 deg

x=20 deg

As angle A = 2x + x = 3x = 60 deg
