arrange in the ascending order

so median is between 4&5= 4.5

mean=0+3+3+4+4+5+6+7+8+10/10

TO FIND MEDIAN :-

   (1)  arrange in ascending order

           0, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10

   (2)  the total no. of observations is even

therefore, median = average of (n/2 + n/2 +1)th observations

                              = average of  5th and 6th observation

                              = average of 4 and 5

                              = 4.5

TO FIND MEAN :-

   (1)  formula to find mean =  sum of all observations/ total no. of                             observations

                                              = 50/10

                                              = 5
