Step-by-step explanation:

(a) Range of the marks = (Highest Marks) - (Lowest Marks)

=> 10 - 6 = 4 .

(b) No. of students in the group = (total no. of frequency)

=> 5 + 4 + 7 + 10 + 4

=> 30

(c) Mean (or average) marks of the group = (Total amount of marks)/(no. of students)

=> \frac{(6*5) + (7*4) + (8*7) + (9*10) + (10*4)}{30}

=> \frac{30 + 28 + 56 + 90 + 40}{30}

=> \frac{244}{30} ≈ 8.133 marks .
