No.of frequency=56,79,118,131,139

To find the mean we will add up total no. of centuries,then devide the total no. of cricketers.

so,

Mean [50x56+10x23+15x39+20x13+25x8]/56+23+39+13+8

Mean=(280+230+585+260+200)/139=1555/139=11.18

As we can see that the no. of centuries by the greatest no. of cricketers are 5,so,the mode will be 5

As we can see that the no. of centuries by the greatest no. of cricketers are 5,so the mode will be 5

As we can see there are 139 cricketers,arranged in increasing order of their number of centuries.

So, the middle one will be (39+1)/2=140/z=70th cricket in the list

So,the median will be the no. of centuries corresponding to 70,i.e.10.

Therefore,median is 10.
