first 15 even numbers are: 2,4,6,...,30 sum of the numbers= n/2(a+l) [as a=first term, l=last term] 15/2(2+30)=240  so mean= sum of numbers/ total number =240/15 =16 so the mean of first 15 even numbers is 16

Answer:

16

Step-by-step explanation:

first five even natural numbers are 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28 30. Mean = n/2(a+b), where n = total number, a = first number and b = second number.

15/2(2+30) = 15/2x32

=480/2

=240

So mean = sum of number/total number

= 240/15

= 16 ans
