Let the angle be a

Complementary angle = 90 - a

Supplementary angle = 180 - a

According to question,

7 ( 90 - a) = 3 (180 - a) - 10

=> 630 - 7a = 540 - 3a - 10

=> 630 - 7a = 530 - 3a

=> 630 - 530 = 7a - 3a

=> 4a = 100

=> a = 25

Required angle = 25°
