# Solution -

Let the measure of the angle be β.

The measure of its complement is given to be β°.

Since, the sum of measures of an angle and its complement is 90°.

We have,

➟ β + β = 90°

➟ 2β = 90°

➟ β = 90° /2 = 45° _______[ANSWER]

# Extra Information -

Two angles, the sum of whose measure s is 90°, are called complementary angles.

Thus, Angle BAX and Angle XAC are complementary angles, if x + y = 90°
