Find the measures of the angle of a triangle in each of the follwing case:

(i) One of the angles is 140° and the other two angles are equal.
[HINT. Let x be the measure of the smallest angle in degrees. Then measures of the other two angles are 2x and 3x.]

(ii) If one angle of a triangle is 80° and the other two angles are in the ratio 3:7

(iii) The angles are in the ratio 2 : 3 : 4.

Answer:20 degreesStep-by-step explanation:sum of all the angles of triangle is 180 degrees

2) 3x+7x+80 = 180 degrees

10x = 180-80 = 100 degrees

x= 100/10 = 10

3x= 3*10= 30 degrees

7x = 7*10 = 70 degrees

3) 2x+3x+4x = 180 degrees

9x = 180

x= 180/9= 20

2x= 2*20= 40 degrees

3x=3*20= 60 degrees

4x= 4*20 = 80 degrees
