To find median first we have to arrange them in ascending order.
Here,. 6, 22, 35, 56, 65, 67
Then, We have to add middle observation which is 35 and 56.
35+56= 91
And find the average= 91/2 = 45.5

Hope it helps you

Answer:

The median of the given data will be 45.5.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: 22,67,35,56,65,6

We have to find the median of the above data.

  • As we know that, the median is the middle number in a sorted list of numbers.
  • So, to find the median, we need to place the numbers in value order and find the middle number.

We are solving in the following way:

We have,

22,67,35,56,65,6

Ordering the data from least to greatest, we get:

6,   22  , 35 ,  56,   65  , 67

As we can see, we do not have just one middle number, but we have a pair of middle numbers, so the median is the average of these two numbers:

\text { Median }=\frac{35+56}{2}\\\\=>\frac{91}{2}\\\\=>45.5
