Given That:

number - 9,3,20,13,0,7,10

To Find:

median of the number

Solution:

By arranging ascending order , we have

0<3<7<9<10<13<20.

For Finding middle value,

 \frac{7 + 1}{2 }  =  \frac{8}{2}  = 4

 {\fbox{ \orange{hence \: the \: middle \: value \: is \: 9}}}

 \fbox{thus \: median is 9}

Formulas:

 mean =  \frac{sum \: of \: observation}{no \: of \: observation}

  meadian \:  =  \frac{n + 1}{2}
