Median is the centre most value when the data is written in increasing order

INCREASING ORDER:  19   25  30  31   32  35  48  51  59
Here the median is : 32

When 25 is replaced by 52
INCREASING ORDER:  19   30  31  32   35   48  51  52  59
52 is the value replaced by 25....since 52 is greater its position changes in increasing order...
Here the median is : 35
