median of the data is the middle most value.

Since the data given has even number of observations , median will be equal to the average of the two middle most values after arranging the data in ascending order.

median \: = \frac{14 + 16}{2} \\ median = \frac{30}{2} \\ median \: = 15

there you go :)

Answer:

15

Step-by-step explanation:

Median

Arrange your numbers in numerical order.

Count how many numbers you have.

If you have an odd number, divide by 2 and round up to get the position of the median number.

If you have an even number, divide by 2. Go to the number in that position and average it with the number in the next higher position to get the median.

arrange your number in ascending order

5 ,8 ,14 ,16 ,19 ,20

now there are two middle numbers 14 and 16 so 14+16=30/2=15 is the median
