In the earlier two cases the central number is square root of sum of the other four numbers.I think this will also work for the 3rd one
I don't think the options will have any root terms.

The basic way is to add all the numbers outside the circle and divide the sum with 4 that will be. the inner value.
For example :- in first circle (1+1+1+1)/4 = 1
In second circle (2+3+7+4)/4 = 16/4 = 4
I'm third circle (5+3+7+9)/4 = 24/4 = 6
For example :- in first circle (1+1+1+1)/4 = 1
In second circle (2+3+7+4)/4 = 16/4 = 4
I'm third circle (5+3+7+9)/4 = 24/4 = 6
