by taking the difference of succesive terms .we get as 3,5,9,17.then we observe here that by taking again difference of this terms ,it is of two powers.so,our answer is 70.

37-20=17

x-37 = y ............(1)

135-x=z...............(2)

difference between the difference of terms:

5-3= 2

9-5 = 4 = 2*2

hence: y-17 = 2*2*2*2=16

           y=17+16

           y=33

            x-37 =33

            x=70
