Find the missing side length when the area is 16 square unit also find the perimeter

Given :-

Area of the square = 16 square unit

To find :-

The side of the square

The perimeter of the square

Solution :-

=> Area of the square = (side)²

=> 16 square unit = (side)²

=> \sqrt{16\:square\:unit} = side

=> 4 unit = side

Now, the perimeter

Perimeter of the square = 4 x side = 4 x 4 unit = 16 unit.

Answer :-

Side of the square = 4 unit

Perimeter of the square = 16 unit.
