Molarity= \frac{Number of moles of solute}{Volume of solution (L)}

Volume of solution=0.05 L
Number of moles ,we need to find.
No of moles= \frac{Mass}{Molar Mass}
mass=0.5g
molar mass of NaCl=58.5

No of moles= \frac{Mass}{Molar Mass}
                   =0.5/58.5
                   =0.0085

NOW TO FIND MOLARITY,

Molarity= \frac{Number of moles of solute}{Volume of solution (L)}
            =0.0085/0.05
            =0.17M
