20%of C2H6O2 (ethylene glycol)by mass is present,

which mean 20g of ethylene glycol and 80g of water.

molar mass of C2H6O2 is 2(12)+6(1)+2(16)= 62g/mol

number of moles = 20/62= 0.322

number of moles of water = 80/18 =4.444

mole fraction of ethylene glycol =0.322/0.322+4.444

=0.068
