The kinetic energy and momentum are related as;

p=√2mK

Substituting the values

p=√2x0.1x500

p=√2x50

p=√100

p=10kg m/s

Hence the momentum of the body is 10 kg m/s

we know that the relation between momentum and mass
P = √2mK
where P is momentum , m = mass and K = kinetic energy

given that mass = 100gm = 1/10kg
and kinetic energy = 500 j

then,
P = √2*1/10*500
P = √100
P = 10 Kg*m/sec
