so if you look carefully in each resistor different amount of current is flowing indicating that they are all in parallel connection.
thus, applying the formula for calculation of met resistance for resistors in parallel we get
1/Rnet = 1/R + 1/R + 1/R + 1/R = 4/R
hence net R = R/4.
