Heya !

Step 1 : Find the number of moles in 3g of C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁.

For this, we need to know the molar mass of C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁
Molar mass = (12*12) + (1*22) + (16*11) [ Atomic mass of C =12 ; H =1 ; O =16 ]
= 144+22+176 = 342 g
Given mass = 3g
By formula, we know
No. Of moles = Given mass / Molar mass =3/342 = 1/114mol = 6.023 * 10⁻²³ * 1/114

Step 2: Find the atomicity of C atoms in the molecule
In the compound C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁, C has an atomicity of 12 [Atomicity is the number of atoms in the molecule]

Step 3 : Multiply the atmocity by the no. Of moles = 12 * 6.023 * 10⁻²³ * 1/114
This is the total number of C atoms in C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁

Similarly for H, the atomicity is 22, so the total number of H atoms = 22 *6.023 * 10⁻²³ * 1/114

Also for O, the atomicity is 11, so the total number of O atoms = 11 * 6.023 * 10⁻²³ * 1/114

Note : I haven’t calculated the exact number of atoms. I think it is enough to leave it this way.
