Noise factor is given by ,
\bold{F_n=\frac{T_e}{T_0}+1}
Here T_e is the equivalent noise temperature and T_o is the temperature of antenna .

Here given ,
T_o = 27°C = 300K
T_e = 30K

Now, noise factor ,Fn = 30/300 + 1 = 0.1 + 1 = 1.1
