Find the number by adding 100/3% of 1/3 of the predecessor of the smallest 5 digit number to the successor of the smallest formed by the digits of first four composite numbers.

100 +  \frac{3}{100}  \times  \frac{1}{3}  \times 9999 + 4690 \\  = 100 + 99.99 + 4690 \\  = 4889.99
