find the number of 6cm cubes that can be cut out from a 18 cm cube

Given

Side of big cube=18cm

Side of small cube=6cm

No of cubes can be cut =volume of big cube/volume of small cube

Volume of big cube = side³=A³

=18³
=5832cm³

Volume of small cube =side³=a³

=6³

=216cm

No of cubes can be cut =5832/216

=27cubes
