Find the number which when divided by 27 gives 35 as quotient and 17 as remainder

divident=divisor×quotient+remainder
=27×35+17

Hi,

First there is a formula for this kind of questions,

(Divider * Quotient) + Remainder = Dividend


So now according to this formula we have to put numbers as you've asked,


(27 * 35) + 17 = Dividend

945 + 17 = Dividend

Dividend = 962


So your answer is 962, Which is Dividend.
