Let the number be X.
fifth part = x/5
&
fourth part = x/4

 \frac{x}{5} + 5 = \frac{x}{4} - 5 \\ \frac{x}{5} - \frac{x}{4} = - 10 \\ \frac{4x - 5x}{20} = - 10 \\ - x = - 200 \\ x = 200 \: ans
