The true answer here is  " sedimentation"
This is because the drying , freezing  and dry storage are the method of storage for different food and products. While the sedimentation is the process settling by which particle settles down  out of fluid.

The drying is the method of removing moisture from food in order to store it . Dry storage  also a storage method for  non-perishable foods like cereals,
Freezing is also the storage method of lowering the temperature of product and surrounding along with moisture control in order to increase the shelf life.
