Step-by-step explanation:

we should use Distance formula ;

 \sqrt{(x2 - x1)  {}^{2}  +  {(y2 - y1) }^{2} }

so, x1 = 2

x2= 4

y1= 3

y2= 0

=>

 \sqrt{(4 - 2) {}^{2}   +  (0 - 3) {}^{2} }

=>

 \sqrt{(2) {}^{2}   +   (- 3) {}^{2} }

=>

 \sqrt{4 + 9}

=>

 \sqrt{13}

so the distance is \sqrt{13}
