find the other zeros of the polynomial
p(x) = 2x {}^{4}  - 2 {x}^{3}  - 7 {x}^{2}  + 3x + 6
if two of its zeros are
 -  \sqrt{ \frac{3}{2} }  \:  \:  \: and \:  \:  \:   + \sqrt{ \frac{3}{2} }
