HEY MATE,
here is your answer

____________❤____________

Let the oxidation number of Cl be x
then

1). in HCl

x + 1 = 0
x = - 1
oxy. no. of Cl is -1
____________

2). in HClO

1 + x + (-2) = 0
x = 1
oxy. no. of Cl is +1
____________

3). in  ClO_{4}^{-1}

x + 4(-2) = -1
x = +7
oxy. no. of Cl is +7
____________

4). in Ca(OCl)Cl
( here Cl at the end have the oxidation (-1) same as HCl)

2 + (-2) + x + (-1) = 0
x = + 1
oxy. no. of Cl is +1
