% uncertainly in mass = 0.3/60×100=0.5%

%uncertainly in velocity=

0.1/25=0.4%

K.E=1/2MV^2

K.E=m+2v

K.E=0.5+2×0.4

K.E=0.5+0.8

K.E=1.3%uncertainly

=>it is 1.3%
