if we look at the shape, its three sides is in the form of a rectangle , the sum of those 3 sides will be

                                    = 10+7+10(opposite sides are equal in rectangle)

                                    =27 metre

now the perimeter of semicircle = \pir

                                                      radius = d/2

                                                      diameter= width = 7 metre

                                                    therefore , radius = 7/2 metre = 3.5 metre

                                                      now , perimeter of semicircle = \pir

                                                                                                         = 22/7 x 3.5

=11 metre

total perimeter = 27 + 11 = 38 metre
