I guess the shape is RECTANGLE

perimeter of rectangle = 2×(l+b)

length (l) = 9cm

breadth (b) = 4 cm

perimeter (P) = 2×( 9+4 )

= 2×13

=26

HENCE, PERIMETER = 26

Answer:

it is a rectangle

perimeter of rectangle=2 *(l+b)

length(l)=9 cm

breadth(b)=4 cm

perimeter = 2(9+4)

                 =2(13)

                 =26 cm
