Area of a parallelogram is given by the formula base x height. It is given to us as 288m².

Let the lengths of sides of the parallelogram be "a" and "b". And the altitude on side "a" is 8 and altitude on side "b" is h. We also know that h = 2b

Applying this, we have the following:
288 = a x 8
Therefore, a = 41

Similarly,
288 = b x h; we know that h = 2b

So, 288 = 2b² or b = 12

So the perimeter of this parallelogram will be = 2(12 +41) = 106m.
