Given

  • Length (L) = 36 cm
  • Breadth (B) = 24 m

To find

  • Perimeter (P)

Solution

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L+B)

L - 36 cm B - 24 cm

  • The length and breadth are not in same system, let's make them equal.

L - 36 cm B - 24(100)cm - 2400 cm

  • 2(L+B)
  • 2(36+2400)
  • 2(2436)
  • 4872

∴ The perimeter of the rectangular field is 4872 cm
