We know that area = length*breadth

1200 m² = 40* breadth

breadth = 30 m

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length+breadth) = 2(30+40) = 2(70) = 140 cm

Hope this helps!

Hey mate, here's your answer.

Area of a rectangle= length × breadth

1200m^2 ÷ 40 = 30

1200= 40×30

Perimeter= 2(length+breadth)

2(40+30)

2(70)

140

Hence, the perimeter of the rectangle is 140cm.

Hope this helps.
