Let the length be x
Breadth = 25 cm
So,
Length * breath = area of rectangle
X * 25 = 600
25x = 600
X = 600/25
X = 24
So,
Length = 24 cm
Breadth = 25 cm
Therefore, perimeter = 2 ( l + b)
= 2( 24 + 25)
= 2 * 49
= 98 cm
Hope it helps...!!!

Answer:

Perimeter of the rectangle is 98 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that the area of the rectangle is 600 cm^2 and breadth of the rectangle is 25 cm.

And, from the properties of rectangle we know that area of rectangle remains equal to the product of its length and breadth.

Thus,

= > 600 cm^2 = 25 cm x length

= > 600 m^2 =25 cm x length

= > 600 m^2 / 25 m = length

= > 24 m = length

Therefore,

Perimeter of the rectangle = 2( length + breadth )

                 = 2( 24 cm + 25 cm )

                 = 2 ( 49 cm )

                 = 98 cm

Hence,

Perimeter of the rectangle is 98 cm.
