length of the rectangle    = 1.3 x 1000= 1300 m
breadth of the rectangle  = 800 / 1000 = 0.8 m
total                                 = 1300.8 m x 2
 the perimeter of a rectangle = 2601.6 m

b=800mm

perimeter of rectangle!=2 (l+b)

=2(1300000+800)

=2(1300800)

=2601600mm or 2.6016 km
