find the perimeter of a rectangle whose length is 60 cm and diognal is 65 cm long.

length=60cm
diagonal=65cm

by pythagoras theorem

diagonal square = length square + breadth square

65^2=60^2 + b^2

4225=3600+b^2

b^2=4225-3600

b^2=625

b=√625

b=25

perimeter =2(l+b)

=2(25+60)

=2(85)

=170
