Your radius is correct but perimeter is wrong . It will come 14.4cm . Formula is r(22/7+2)
but in my school I had teachen that perimeter is pi r +2r
no perimeter of a circle is 2πr and that of semicircle is πr

12.32=22/7×r×r
r×r=98/25=3.92cm×cm
perimeter = pi r +2r
= 22/7×3.92+2×3.92
=87.36cm×cm
